By creating an Account, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. To access the Services, you must create a single Account by completing the waw99 registration form with accurate, complete, and current information. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one waw99 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. waw99 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balance, bonuses, and winnings held across those Accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full financial responsibility for that activity. waw99 is required to verify the identity of its Members before processing withdrawal requests. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and current. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). waw99 does not accept deposits made via credit cards issued in the name of a third party.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In rare cases of network delay, crediting may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact the 24/7 live chat support team with your transaction reference number for manual verification.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. waw99 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with changes communicated via the platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any active fraud or integrity review. Withdrawals are credited to the payment method used for your most recent deposit. waw99 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in your own name. waw99 targets a 15-minute average processing time as a performance benchmark; this is not a guaranteed contractual commitment and may be affected by third-party payment provider delays or maintenance periods.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer. Real-money funds are always withdrawable independently of bonus wagering status, provided KYC is complete.
All financial activity on the Platform is conducted in IDR. waw99 does not apply any currency conversion markup to IDR transactions. Any conversion fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside waw99's control and are the Member's sole responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions offered by waw99 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. waw99 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion to Members who meet specified criteria, which may include minimum deposit history, account age, or geographic location within Indonesia. Promotions are offered at waw99's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not disadvantage Members who have already satisfied the promotion's entry conditions.

All sports bets placed on the waw99 sportsbook are subject to the individual sport and market rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), waw99 reserves the right to void the affected bet at any time, even after the relevant event has concluded. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to additional rules; if any single selection in a mix parlay is voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if that selection had not been included.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waw99 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services — even if waw99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
waw99's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
waw99 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. waw99 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance via the Platform's announcements section.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude waw99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
waw99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, if waw99 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation, or if waw99 determines that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of its services or to other Members.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any real-money balance remaining in your Account; any unclaimed balance will be forfeited after 180 days of account inactivity following the closure request. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.
Upon termination — whether initiated by waw99 or by you — all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 13) shall continue to apply.

waw99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent announcement on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Continuing to use the Platform after that date will be treated as unambiguous acceptance of the revised Terms.
